Refund policy
Because every Hallowed Supply Co. item is printed to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If your order arrives **damaged, defective, or incorrect**, we'll make it right. Email us at hallowedsupplyco@gmail.com within **30 days** of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
